Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the Premier League match between Norwich City and West Ham. The Hammers will go level with Manchester United in fifth if their match against Sunderland finishes as a 1-1 draw (76 mins at time of writing) and West Ham win at Carrow Road.

Valencia receives a pass inside from Payet, he takes a couple of touches to his left, and his fierce shot from a tight angle forces Ruddy to tip over.

Byram chases a long pass from the left from Payet, but it's curling towards goal and away from the defender, so it goes out for a goal kick.

Bassong is unaware of what's going on behind him, so takes no chances by heading behind for a corner. Valencia is belatedly adjudged to be offside, returning possession to Norwich.

Klose looks up across the pitch, sees Robbie Brady, and drills a pass 20 yards ahead of him, as he anticipated a run that didn't materialise.

Valencia is free on goal, but for some reason fails to take the ball on behind the defence and is forced away. The ball comes to Cresswell, and his shot from distance is miles over.

Payet lifts a cross to the back post, but Ruddy stretches out to take cleanly.

More ineffective play from both sides, or you could praise the defence, I suppose.

Antonio is bundled over on the right by Brady. Payet will take the chance to cross in from the corner of the area.

Nothing from the corner. Nothing from the next two minutes either, as both sides get the measure of one another.

Martin curls in a cross to the near post, and Ogbonna heads behind for a corner, with Jerome lurking behind.

Hoolahan drills a cross to the back post, but it's overhit, and goes out for a goal kick.

Norwich have lost five games in a row. Let's see if they can avoid six. Martin blasts a volley over after 26 seconds.

Alex Neil: "Everybody is determined to get results and the three points. The next 13 games are what it depends on and we need to make sure we get as good a points tally from that as we can. We need to get back to basics and back to what we do well. We've shown what we're capable of at times this season. We haven't given the fans enough to be happy about recently. We know it works both ways so we need results."

Slaven Bilic after the midweek FA Cup win over Liverpool: "We have a good feeling after Tuesday's game, after a result like that you don't feel fatigue. We lost our last league game against Southampton and now we have a good game to bounce back. During the transfer window they did really good, and any Premier League game is unbelievably tough. But we are confident and if we play like we have done the majority of the season then we have a good chance."

UPDATE: Manchester United have just LOST 2-1 at Sunderland. That means that West Ham will go above them into fifth if they can win now at Norwich.

All eyes on West Ham playmaker Dmitri Payet, who signed a new contract worth £125,000 per week a couple of days ago. He has been one of the stars of the season.
