Cresswell crosses on the run but Carroll is unable to divert his header towards goal under pressure from Funes Mori.

The West Ham crowd are in good voice now - the first major chorus of 'I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles' rings out.

That is Lanzini's first goal at Upton Park, but the chance came again from a rampaging run from Moses against the hapless Galloway.

GOAL: West Ham 1-0 Everton. Lanzini curls a beautiful shot into the top left-hand corner of Howard's goal, after Stones only half clears Moses' cross from the right.

SAVE: Adrian makes a great reaction save with his feet at his near post from Deulofeu's run and shot down the right channel.

Reid is across to make a challenge, with Funes Mori, a centre-half, somehow getting free on the right of the West Ham box!

Stones gives the ball away deep in the West Ham half, but is quick to get back to make a fine tackle on Lanzini.

All 19 of Everton's goal have come from open play this season. Barkley doesn't break the run, as his free-kick is straight at Adrian.

Moses handballs 30 yards from goal as the ball rears up awkwardly. A chance for Everton and Barkley.

From the second phase possession, Cresswell hooks an effort wide from the edge of the area after Barry had headed clear Jenkinson's cross from the right touchline, following a fine pass down the channel from Payet.

Payet's set-piece this time is poor and McCarthy heads clear...

This is referee Paul Tierney's fourth fixture in his second season as a Premier League referee. He then whistles for another free-kick as Kone, helping out Galloway, fouls the lively Moses.

Tomkins manages to angle Payet's deep free-kick back into the six-yard area, but Funes Mori is alert to the danger and clears/

Galloway has to concede a foul on the edge of the Everton area as Moses again launches a direct run towards goal.

Moses outmuscles Galloway on the right but his low cross is behind Carroll and Coleman can clear at the back post.

Quick free-kick from Barry, after Reid is penalised in the centre circle, but Kone blazes well wide from the edge of the box.

CHANCE: Cresswell's cross from the left is over Carroll but finds Moses, but his emphatic header is over Howard's crossbar.

Martinez urges calm from the touchline as Coleman goes in late on Lanzini - referee Tierney does not show a yellow card, though.

SAVE: Barkley rolls Noble on the edge of the area from Galloway's pass and shoots, but Adrian saves his low shot to his left.

Noble puts the ball in behind the left-back Galloway but the pass is too overhit for Jenkinson. That wasn't great positioning from the Zimbabwean.

Galloway shoots from the left channel over Adrian's bar after Lukaku's initial effort had been charged down on the edge of the box.
