Bolasie whips in a cross from the right which comes to Valencia at the back post, who goes for the ball with his thigh and doesn't get a clean enough connection to send the ball goalwards.

Bournemouth have a free-kick near the corner and choose to try and eat up time rather than send a cross into the box. They eat up about two seconds before giving Everton a throw-in.

Surman goes into the book for a late tackle on Jagielka and one that stopped a counter attack.

Coleman penalised for a foul throw, which sums up Everton's day nicely.

Gradel, who's looked lively since coming on, releases Gosling down the left but his cross goes straight out for a goal kick.

Last roll of the dice for Everton, Valencia on for Gueye and they now have two men up front.

Bournemouth meanwhile make their second change with Gosling, a former Everton player, on for Wilshere.

Everton produce some nice interplay in the box but Bolasie sends his snapshot over the bar.

Howe now making his first substitution, bringing Gradel on for Ibe.

Barkley twists and turns in the box, looking to create some space, but it's to no avail and his dinked cross goes straight into the stands. Everton have been much-improved after the break though.

Bolasie has switched to the left wing following Deulofeu's introduction but his fortunes are yet to switch, as he sends a cross way over Lukaku's head.

Deulofeu has already asked more questions than Mirallas did, sending in a deep cross that Boruc manages to desperately claw away with Everton players queueing up at the back post.
