FT: Southampton 0-3 Manchester City. An emphatic win for the Citizens in the end, who were excellent but hardly tested by a poor Saints performance. De Bruyne was excellent, and that feels like it could be a landmark game for Kompany.

Long, who only came on in this half, is off for Rodriguez and Puel looks perplexed to see him walk straight down the tunnel.

GOAL! 3-0. Sane dinks a cross to the back post where Cedric decides not to bother challenging Aguero who heads in.

GOAL! 2-0, game over. De Bruyne is put through on goal after Southampton's defence is caught wildly out of position and he squares for Sane to tap in. That was too easy.

Back-to-back Saints corners come to nothing.

Clichy gets his calculations all wrong to give Yoshida a free header at the back post but he sends the ball straight at Bravo.

Boufal gets caught in possession and the City counter works the ball to Aguero but he's tackled 12 yards out by Stephens.

Another good block from Stephens to deny Aguero getting on the end of De Bruyne's cross.

Tadic tries to find Boufal with an elaborate backheel when a normal pass would've done and sure enough it doesn't come off.
