The referee's whistle blows and it's a first defeat for Pep Guardiola as Manchester City manager. There's no getting around this, City were terrible but Spurs were fantastic. A well deserved win.

Brilliant footwork from Stones as he tries to push forward and create something for his team. It ends with a snapshot for Aguero but it's tame and straight at Lloris.

Son has been fantastic today and he's earned a rest. The South Korean comes off to a standing ovation and is replaced by Janssen.

Pep Guardiola decides that he's had enough of playing the lottery with Sterling and a possible red card. He's off to be replaced by summer signing Leroy Sane.

Son is down and looks a bit groggy but he's back on his feet now. Meanwhile goalscorer Alli is coming off to be replaced by Georges-Kevin Nkoudou.

Unfortunate for Iheanacho has he hits the ball with his other foot as he aims to shoot with his left. Time is running out.

That's a terrific save, the best of the game from Lloris. Aguero tries to get a shot way and it takes a deflection which forces Lloris to adjust superbly and tip it over.

Interestingly in the build-up to that penalty it's since been shown that Lamela refused to give the ball to Son, who was perhaps the designated taker? Either way it doesn't look good for Lamela given he missed.

Great chance for Iheanacho as he is played through. However Lloris gets down well to save. Sterling again fouls Rose. Still no second card...

Aguero tries to do it all alone, beating one man but then having the ball robbed off him when he tries to go round the second. He looks up as if to ask where his team-mates are.

The Frenchman is unable to continue and he's replaced by Dier.

Shot comes in from Sterling around 25 yards but it's weak and it's easy for Lloris to gather. Meanwhile Sissoko is down.

Rose is back on and looks okay to continue as City again give the ball away as they get close to Spurs' penalty area.

Iheanacho is on as Navas makes way. Meanwhile Raheem Sterling is a very lucky boy as the referee decides not to award him a second yellow card for another foul on Rose.

Fair play to Bravo he hasn't been good so far but he does well to get across his left to make the save. Spurs can't get anything from the follow-up.

This is absolutely appalling from City, awful. They can't clear their lines on multiple occasions and then Alli bursts into the box. Fernandinho clatters him from behind and gives away the foul.

Spurs look comfortable and City look like they are running out of ideas as Navas hits a cross way over Aguero's head. It looks like Iheanacho is going to be coming on.

Poor again from Bravo as he takes a free-kick and hits it straight to Eriksen.
