GOAL! 0-2. Aguero gets his second in senesational style, smashing into the Foster's top left-hand corner from the middle of the D with his trademark small backlift.

Aguero turns provider, winning the ball back and starting a counter attack that results in Nolito chipping the ball over Foster but into McAuley who was back to cover.

West Brom go on a fare foray forward and put a couple of decent crosses into the box, but neither results in a header on goal.

Fernandinho shoots from long-range and wins a corner, with Foster choosing to tip the effort wide.

On the balance of play so far, City are good value for that lead. Aguero is temporarily in the wars though, being caught by Olsson who came through the back of him trying to win the ball on halfway and picking up a booking as a result.

GOAL! 0-1. Aguero is slipped through by Gundogan and fires low, first-time past Foster into the far corner.

Nolito's cross from the left evades countless bodies and comes to Stones on the corner of the six yard box, but he shoots wide.

Sterling hits a left-foot volley from 20 yards that forces Forster into a smart save.

Dawson brings down Nolito, which eventually earns him a yellow card, while Nolito is also booked for stupidly leaning his head into Dawson's about 20 seconds later right in front of the referee. It wasn't exactly a headbutt, but from someone sent off for a headbutt only a few weeks ago, it wasn't particularly sensible and a very cheap way to go into the book.

Chadli, McClean and Fletcher combine well to set the Baggies off on a counter attack which ultimately results in Kolarov heading clear.

As you would expect, West Brom are sitting back when City have the ball and wingers McClean and Brunt are dropping especially deep, allowing the fullbakcs to tuck in.

Aguero now decides to try his luck from 30 yards out, scuffing a shot harmlessly wide.

City have the ball in the net after Aguero squares for Nolito to tap in, but the Argentine was clearly offside when the chipped through ball to him was played.

Sterling has the game's first effort on target, from just inside the box, but it's one Foster is able to deal with quite comfortably.

Dawson doesn't give up on a long ball down the right and pokes it into the box towards Rondon, who in turn lays the ball off for Chadli but his shot goes wide.

It looks like four at the back for City, with Fernando at right-back, while Evans is indeed sitting just in front of the West Brom back four.

Using a yellow ball for the first time this season, West Brom take kick-off.

The two sides in are the tunnel and ready to be lead out by today's referee Lee Mason. West Brom are of course in their home colours while City are in their interesting park purple and yellow number.
