Lanzini holds onto the ball high up the pitch, and goes down under the attention of Matip. The referee isn't interested, and Liverpool attack down the right.

Milner twists and turns in the box, and with little else on, his shot ricochets off Wijnaldum and back towards Adrian.

Liverpool are coming into the game after a little struggle a few minutes ago. However, West Ham aren't desperate to win the game, so are content to just sit back and wait.

Origi is challenged by Fonte from behind, and gets his foot stood on. He goes down for a bit of treatment.

Milner receives a high pass on the left wing, and does well to win a throw.

Sturridge makes a run down the inside left, off the shoulder and away from the defence, but Milner released his pass a fraction too late.

Coutinho snaps at a shot, just outside the box, but it's straight at the 'keeper.

Fernandes receives the ball about 30 yards out, and he slashes a shot at goal. Mignolet sees it late, and palms it behind desperately.

Coutinho crosses to the back post, Matip comes rushing up and forces a header down into the ground. It bounces back up and crashes against the post. West Ham scramble it clear.

Calleri finds Byram for West Ham as the pitch opens up. He has space on the overlap, in the box, and he drags his shot wide of the far post.

Some Liverpool possession now, though, but the away side are keeping it mainly in defence and midfield, far from danger.
