It is flicked on and Pedro hammers it over on the volley. He's been pretty poor since he came on.

Arnautovic does really well to win a corner off Cahill, he's terrorised the Chelsea captain today.

It's easily cleared and Chelsea have to rebuild with three minutes of added time left.

Chelsea have a corner as Arnautovic does brilliantly to come back and help defend.

He's been excellent today.

Another excellent save from Hart! Giroud leaps and heads it towards goal but Hart flies across his goal and tips it around the post.

If he's won the ball that is heroic from N'Golo Kante.

Arnautovic burns Cahill for pace but Kante comes steaming back in to make a crucial challenge.

That is a terrific tackle from the midfielder.

And moments later his awful pass goes straight out of play. Not the best start from the Spaniard.

Chelsea clear a West Ham free-kick and Hazard feeds Pedro. However the Spaniard's touch is awful and West Ham gather.

Brilliant from Joe Hart! Giroud dummies Willian's path into Alonso.

The wing-back turns and fires it towards the top corner but Hart is alert to tip it over.

Arnautovic wins a corner, he's been excellent in a very tough role.

Chelsea clear but it comes back and Arnautovic's ball across goal is gathered across goal.

Attacking change from Conte as Pedro replaces Moses and it's Giroud for Morata.

Pedro is getting ready to come on and so too perhaps Giroud but first a West Ham corner but Chelsea do well to deal with it.

Chelsea have got options on the bench and there's some sign of activity.

Meanwhile on the pitch Morata heads wide.

And there it is! Just like that West Ham are level. Cahill has all the time in the world and he heads it into the path of Arnautovic.

The Austrian cuts it back to Hernandez and he slams it home. Brilliant from West Ham, shocking from Chelsea.

It looks as if for now Hernandez has gone over to the right with Arnautovic still up front.

That is a different challenge for Alonso and Rudiger to deal with.

Meanwhile Hazard once again runs into traffic as he tries to create something. He needs a bit more help from Willian and Morata as they've dropped off a little.

Fabregas tries to play in Morata but Ogbonna does brilliantly and easily out-paces the Chelsea forward.
