The problem with Huddersfield sitting so deep is that Chelsea's back three have time to hit their, er, diags - but quite how the recipients are unmarked, I'm less certain.

Chelsea are immediately onto the attack, and Alonso does well to curl the outside of his foot around the ball, diverting out to Pedro on the flank ... but he's offside.

Huddersfield make a change: Whitehead, of Sunderland fame, replaces Hogg. That'll sort it.

Off we go.

The players are coming back; good work from David Wagner forcing that out of his players.
20:47
Without playing that well Chelsea have been far too good for Huddersfield, and eventually the pressure told.

There shall be one added minute.

This could get messy - Hazard has possession in space outside the box after Ince gives the ball away, Kante is wildly gesticulating at Pedro, in space to his left, and eventually he twigs, feeding him in, but in the time Lossl has sprinted out and takes the finish on the chest.

GOAL! Huddersfield Town 0-2 Chelsea (Willian) Another switch of play, Azpilicueta launching a fine pass out to Alonso, who takes a quick touch and booms a quick cross into Willianmondroyd at the back post, away from Lowe. He heads down across goal, and thus did this game finish.

Looking at the goal again, it seems like Bakayoko's apparently deft finish was in fact going wide and Lowe deflected it in; thus is the planet's cosmic balance is restored

Huddersfield venture an attack and Willian launches a break, Hazard's dancer's feet drawing a free-kick out of Zanka down the right. In comes the free-kick, and Bakayoko glances a header just wide.

Moses wriggles space down the right and it goes back to Kante on the edge of the box; he feeds it through to Hazard, who backflicks to no one.

Er, how many of them were at Leeds Road in 1928?

Moses finds Pedro, supporting him down the right, and Lowe is forced to slide in, conceding a corner. Willian raises his right arm, which apparently means whack it towards Kachunga, in space near the back post. He clears, but Chelsea come straight back and pin Huddersfield inside their own half once more.

The crowd try to rouse their chaps, and Schindler moves down the left into space ... then N'golo Kante turns up, and that's the end of that.
31'
Huddersfield can't get near Chelsea's goal at the moment, which I suppose isn't too much of a problem provided the score stays as it is; if it's still 0-1 with 15 to go, they can then throw men forward and try exerting pressure.
29'
A Chelsea attack breaks down; Kachunga humps the ball straight back to Christensen, Marcos Rojo-style.

Apparently, the various types on 5 live's European football pod were saying that Conte will be at PSG next season. I wonder if that'd be a good fit, as they could perhaps use some defensive coaching, or a bad fit because you don't need Neymar and Mbappe putting in shifts.
