Manchester City win their eleventh consecutive game with a 3-0 victory over Burnley at a rain-swept Etihad.

They weren't at their vintage best, but they didn't have to be to record another handsome three points.

Huddersfield are currently beating Manchester United 2-1 and if they can hang on, City will move five points clear at the top of the league.

The defender rises above Mee to power home from De Bruyne's corner. It is so cruel on Burnley, but City will care little. They are heading for yet another victory.

Into the final 20 minutes and City still lead through Aguero's first-half penalty. As it stands, they are heading for their 11th consecutive victory.

Burnley make the first substitute of the game, Gudmundsson replacing Hendrick.

The game has gone very flat, and that will suit Burnley. If they can keep the score at 1-0 they will hope to sneak a goal late on, like they did at Spurs earlier in the season.

Sloppiness is creeping into City's game now as they pass the ball straight out of play deep inside their own half, conceding a throw-in.

De Bruyne curls a cross to the near post, but it's defended well by Mee who concedes the corner.

A second goal would kill Burnley's hopes. As it stands, Dyche's side are still very much in this game.
