    And on player who isn't playing, of course, is Phillipe Coutinho, just as Klopp said he wouldn’t yesterday. And according to his boss the Brazilian agreed completely” with that decision. More from Klopp here.

    Both teams enter this match unbeaten on seven points, so if there's a winner that team will go top, albeit only for a short while should Manchester United avoid defeat later. Another thing they have in common is that both aren't in Champions League action until Wednesday, so the managers have a bit more leeway in terms of playing players in both games.

    As for Liverpool, the biggest thing to note is that Ragnar Klaven starts, with Dejan Lovren having to make do with a place on the bench where he's joined by new boy Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Simon Mignolet is back in the team, as is Trent Alexander-Arnold, with the Reds making three changes too.
