Welcome along to Eurosport’s live coverage of the Manchester City’s trip to Southampton on the final day of the Premier League season. City are aiming to become the first Premier League team to reach 100 points and can break a host of other records today too, while Southampton aren't quite mathematically safe. It needs them to lose, Swansea to beat Stoke City and there to be a 10-goal swing if they are to go down though, so barring a truly remarkable set of results this will be a top-flight fixture again next season. Team news is up next.

Today is all about records for Man City. First the hosts, who make one change to the team that picked up that crucial win at Swansea on Tuesday as the injured Jan Bednarek is replaced by Jack Stephens. Manolo Gabbiadini has to make do with a place on the bench again.
