I'm surprised that Roy Hodgson hasn't changed things, because his team, though they've improved in the last few minutes, have been second best this half.

Kouyate is down and a physio with a hipster beard effort is asking him how many fingers he has up and stuff. I'm not sure how you have confidence in a medical expert sporting such affectation.
