United also have two games left to play and sit in second place on the table, but they’re now guaranteed a top four finish with fifth place Chelsea seven points behind them. Also through to next year’s Champions League are Man City – a mere 20 points above United as the table currently stands – and Tottenham, three points behind. Liverpool and Chelsea battle it out on Sunday for the final spot.

West Ham have just scraped through this season to safety. They’ve two games left to play – including this – and have 38 points, but it’s now mathematically impossible for them to be relegated – there may end up only being a couple of points in it, however.
