SAVE! Chambers slides in Sessegnon who has time and space. He fires a venomous shot at goal from the left but Ederson is equal to it and pushes it to safety. A rare Fulham chance.

NO PENALTY! David Silva releases Sterling, who just has the goalkeeper to beat, but Fosu-Mensah comes out of nowhere and makes a sliding tackle from behind, giving the referee a decision to make. Play on, he says. The replays show he may have just made enough contact with the ball.

Just as they were showing signs of improvement, Bryans hands City a second. He mis-kicks Chambers' back-pass and Bernardo pounces, feeding it to Aguero who finishes with a cool dink over Rico.

City are back on the attack now. The ball is switched to Sterling on the right and his ridiculous nutmeg-cross is teased into the six-yard box but Chambers is first to react and clear.

The home supporters sound their appreciation after another decent move from the Cottagers. Signs of encouragement, finally.

Fulham are seeing much more of the ball now. Babel, sporting his red hair, is probably their most threatening player in the absence of Mitrovic.

JUST WIDE! Much better from the Cottagers. Bryan stands up a cross from the left and Babel creeps in between two defenders and heads inches wide. Decent chance, that.

With the international break still in mind, Fulham are reminding me of Gibraltar and San Marino.

CHANCE! Sarcastic cheers as Fulham finally string a few passes together, but it's not long until City regain possession. Aguero slides through De Bryune but Rico is on hand to make the save.

BLOCK, BLOCKED AGAIN! Sterling and Bernardo Silva have goal-bound shots blocked from inside the box, as City continue to pepper the visiting side's goal.

SHOT! City are on fire this afternoon. A lovely give-and-go between from Sterling and De Bruyne and then Gundogan levels one at goal from the edge the box. Rico can only push it into the ground but his defenders mop up the danger.

Watching a replay back of City's goal and there were possibly a couple visiting players in an offside position who were likely blocking the goalkeeper's view as the shot came in.

SAVE! De Bruyne gets too much on his cross and it almost catches Rico out! Fortunately, for Fulham, the goalkeeper was able to tip over the bar.

Fulham have been dreadful in defence. This has the makings of a long and forgetful afternoon for the Cottagers.

Bernardo Silva scores, City are ahead after just six minutes - and it's the third game in a row in which the Portuguese has scored! Fulham are the makers of their own downfall, as Fosu-Mensah's pass is straight to Aguero. He tees up Bernardo Silva, who is allowed too much space, and he drills a low shot into the corner from outside the box.
