That's the end of the game, and Brighton have taken their first ever point off Chelsea in a league match. The visitors started better but were pegged back by the first great goal of the new decade.

Dunk takes it, but puts it straight into the hands of Kepa.

James brings down Maupay on the edge of the area and is booked. A chance here for Brighton in the final few seconds...

Kovacic goes in late on Propper and dumps him to the floor. He's very lucky not to get a second yellow there.

James fires in a dangerous cross to the back post. Abraham heads it dangerously into the six yard box but Webster is there to clear.

Maupay has been booked for Brighton. There will be a minimum of four additional minutes.

GREAT SAVE! From a low cross from the right Maupay drills a low shot at goal from ten yards out. Kepa throws out a foot to make a wonderful reflex save.

SO CLOSE! Hudson-Odoi gets one-on-one with Montoya again. From the edge of the area curls a shot at goal, and it goes just over the bar.

Chelsea's attempt to shore up the 1-0 lead has backfired here, and now Brighton are looking menacing every time they go forwards.

Oh what a stunner from Jahanbakhsh! The corner is fired to Dunk at the back post. He heads it back across goal, where Jahanbaksh throws himself into an overhead kick and locates the bottom right corner of the net with Kepa flat-footed. What a goal!

Brighton make nothing out of the free-kick, but quickly win a corner from the right.

Kovacic gives away a free-kick 25 yards from goal after being hoodwinked by an artful back heel by Trossard. He is yellow-carded,

BIG CHANCE! The low cross somehow goes through a mesh of bodies to find Connolly near the six yard box. He tees up a volley and bobbles a shot towards the bottom corner, which Kepa pushes wide at full stretch.

Montoya gets in a good crossing position again on the right, but can't pick anyone out. From the clearance Jahanbakhsh wins a free-kick in a good position on the right of the area.

A raking long pass from Webster finds Montoya on the right edge of Chelsea's area. He tries a low cross into the area but Zouma gets back to cut it out.

Montoya is getting a thorough going over at right-back for Brighton. Hudson-Odoi stands him up and goes past him into the area again, only to see his shot blocked and cleared once more.

A shot by Connolly is partially blocked on the edge of the area. It falls to Jahanbakhsh, whose half-volley flies wildly over the bar.

Kovacic replaces Mount for Chelsea.

Abraham out-muscles Dunk to a long ball. Just as Abraham threatens to get away Dunk wrestles him to the floor and is booked.

Kepa makes a hash of a routine clearance from the free-kick, but Brighton can't work a decent shooting opportunity thereafter.
