When asked about Dele Alli's omission from the starting lineup, Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho told BT Sport: "I am not sure if you ask every manager in the Premier League when a player is left out.
"For other managers it looks like it is normal to leave players out and when I do it it is always a big story."

N'Golo Kante is set to be out for three weeks after picking up an abductor injury in the Blues' defeat to Manchester United.
However, boss Frank Lampard is able to bring Tammy Abraham and Ruben Loftus-Cheek back into the fold as they both pass fitness tests.
