Saiss blocks a shot by Saint-Maximin.
19'
But I spoke too soon as indeed he is back on, now.
19'
Not sure if Jota is going to play on, he looks a little unsteady on his feet as he stands.
16'
Jota is flattened after he gets caught between two Newcastle players. It's his head that took the battering so some protocol to follow here before play resumes.
14'
Traore plays the ball across the line, there's an attempt to get a head to it, and Jota tries again with the rebound. That exchange ends in a corner but Newcastle steal possession after it comes to nothing.
11'
Lascelles goes down in the area and looks perplexed. For the secnod time in the last minute or so he is gesturing to the ref with some animation.
10'
There's a corner now for Wolves which Dubravka fists away, but not very far.
8'
This is scrappy. Neither team is playing with much finesse at the moment as they both sloppily cede possession.
6'
Newcastle take control for a bit, finding their way into the final third. Play is broken by a foul by Jonny in Yedlin, giving the home side a free kick just outside the area. They loko menacing momentarily, but Wolves eventually clear the ball.
3'
Wolves have dominated the opening couple of minutes of the match, passing the ball trying to find space. Moutinho shoots eventually but an easy catch for the keeper.
14:00
There's the whistle, we're off at St James' Park.
13:58
The players are out on the pitch and we're just a few moments from kick-off now.
13:50
It's been a bit of a miserable time for the Magpies of late, having scored no goals in their last five league matches, and taking away just one point.
Manager Steve Bruce said ahead of the match: "Wolves have got good players who play in a certain system and do it very well. They're a threat - they're a good side.
"We're at home against a very decent Wolves side but we're capable - we know that - and we'll have to be at our best to win."
13:40
Bad news for Wolves is that WIlly Boly appears to have fractured his ankle during training, hence why his name isn't on the teamsheet today.
Wolves chief medic Paul Hayward said: "Initial tests show a fracture to his fibula. He will have further imaging over the coming days to determine whether surgery is required or not."
13:35
Meanwhile Wolves sit in 13th, but a win today could lift them to sixth place if Crystal Palace lose to Arsenal.
13:25
But only for a couple of hours, in all probability, as United face Norwich City in the later match, today.
13:25
So let's have a little look at the Premier League table... Home side Newcastle were lifted out of the relegation zone thanks to a harrowing night for Southampton on Friday, who lost 9-0 at home to Leicester City. The battering of their goal difference did Newcastle a favour, nonetheless. A win today would see Newcastle go 15th - above Manchester United. Ouch.
13:20
Allan Saint-Maximin surprisingly handy with a Twitter graphic, there.
13:15
And here they are...
13:10
Wolves, on the other hand, are ringing the changes today. Following victory in the Europa League during the week, Nuno Espirito Santo starts Ruben Neves, Diogo Jota, Jonny, Leander Dendoncker and Adama Traore.
13:10
Just one change for the home side, Newcastle, which sees Federico Fernandez make his first Premier League start to replace Fabian Shar in defence.
