Almost a chance for Son here. Bergwijn and Aurier combine nicely, and the latter gets away down the right. His low cross fizzes into the area and Basham just gets a touch on it, which sends it ricocheting off the incoming Son and into the grateful arms of Henderson. Without Basham's touch that was a free hit at goal from ten yards.
16'
Moura dances through three challenges in the inside right channel. He finds Aurier on the right, but the cross is too heavy and drifts out for a goal kick.
14'
Lovely, intricate stuff from Sheffield United down the right now. McBurnie eventually gets it and slides a nice, angled pass through to Basham in the area, but it's just ahead of him and Lloris gathers.
11'
A brilliant driving run from Sissoko now, who travels 50 yards and lays the ball off to Bergwijn on the edge of the box. Bergwijn should crack it first time but gets caught in two minds; he tries to cut back inside and Sheffield United clear.
8'
Son gets the ball deep in his own half and goes on a long, direct run right to the edge of the Sheffield United box. He is so good at travelling with the ball. Son then tries to play in Bergwijn, but it's slightly underhit and United clear.
6'
Son bullets in the corner, which Dier glances on and it bounces just past the far post where Sissoko was lurking but not close enough to latch onto the ball. That's a great ball in from Son.
6'
Bergwijn darts forwards and finds Son on the left. Son runs it into the penalty area, and wins a corner when his cross is blocked.
4'
Sheffield United load the box for a long throw from Robinson on the left, but Spurs clear easily.
1'
George Baldock gets the first shot away, safely smothered by Lloris.
KICK-OFF

We're underway.
17:59
The players on both sides take the knee, because black lives matter.
17:56
The teams are out of the tunnel, we're about ready to go here.
17:50
We’re just ten minutes away from kick-off now. Your referee tonight will be Chris Kavanagh.
17:45
There was plenty of drama on and off the pitch when the two met at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in November. Yet another VAR controversy raged after a toenail offside decision from a cross much earlier in a passage of play denied David McGoldrick a goal for Sheffield United. The 1-1 draw was Mauricio Pochettino’s last match in charge of Spurs. He was sacked ten days later and replaced the following morning by Jose Mourinho.
17:40
Sheffield United have a useful home record against Tottenham and are unbeaten against them at Bramall Lane in their last five league matches. Tottenham’s most recent victory over the Blades here was back in November 1990, when Paul Stewart and Paul Gascoigne gave them a 2-0 victory in the fourth round of the League Cup.
17:35
The visitors are not without problems either. Spurs sit just one point ahead of Sheffield United and are eighth in the league. They’ve drawn with Manchester United and beaten West Ham on their return to action though, and a win tonight will vault them above rivals Arsenal and into seventh place. As with Sheffield United, a draw is no good for Tottenham tonight. Mourinho needs a victory to keep Spurs’ hopes of European qualification alive.
17:30
It’s not been a great return to action so far for tonight’s hosts. Sheffield United have taken just one point from nine since the resumption of football and were dumped out of the FA Cup by Arsenal on Sunday. In March there was justifiable optimism for the prospect of European football next year, now Chris Wilder’s team have slid to tenth in the league table and have gone more than five hours without a goal in the Premier League. Can they get back on track tonight?
17:25
This is Tottenham’s first game in nine days, and Jose Mourinho has made just one change from the victory over West Ham on 23 June. Dele Alli drops to the bench and is replaced in the starting line-up by Steven Bergwijn.
17:20
There are two changes in midfield for Sheffield United from their defeat to Arsenal on Sunday. Sander Berge and Ben Osborn come in to replace John Fleck and John Lundstram.
