Arsenal get us underway...
18:56
We are about ready to go, worth remembering West Brom have won at Chelsea and drawn at Liverpool and Mancheser City this season.
18:52
Arsenal go into the game 4/9 favourites, the draw is 7/2 and West Brom as big as 13/2.
18:43
Defeat for Albion tonight will make official their drop to the Championship so they have some incentive to take a scalp tonight, augmented by the lack of fear this Arsenal side impose.
18:40
Arsenal currently lie 10th but Villa and Wolves are within striking distance and a repeat of the 12th finish in that tumultuous season in 1994-95 (when George Graham left the club), their worst end of season position in 45 years.
18:30
Arteta is lucky there are no fans at the game today but even so you feel he needs a win here to keep the proverbial wolf from the door.
18:22
As for Albion, they revert to a back four after starting with three in defence against Wolves. This means Robinson and Phillips will start on the flanks with O'Shea dropping to the bench and Maitland-Niles ineligible against his parent club.
18:17
Six changes for Arsenal seem to say a lot about Mikel Arteta's side. For clarification: Chambers is at right back instead of Bellerin, Gabriel is at centre back in place of Mari, with Saka moving back to left back to replace the recently returned Tierney.
Ceballos and Elneny will play the holding midfield roles with Partey dropped to the bench, Willian is in a forward berth instead of Odegaard and Martinelli replaces Aubameyang upfront who, like Tierney, is probably not ready for back-to-back starts.
18:09
And this is Sam Allardyce's side who will take the field in 50 minutes or so...
18:08
These are the Gunners who will take the field with a point to prove tonight...
