Gini Wijnaldum: “I have to say that Wolves is always a really tough test for us. I cannot remember that we had a really easy game against them. All the games we played against them were quite tough. Most of them we won but if you look at the score and how we won it, it was not with a lot of goal difference. We know how difficult it can be to play against them and especially now when they are in a good run. They only lost one of their last seven matches, so I think we will face a Wolves that's really confident.”

Conor Coady on the prospect of facing Diogo Jota (at some point tonight): “We’re looking forwards to coming up against him and hopefully he won’t have too much success on Sunday, but what he’s done since the start of the season has been fantastic, and that’s all credit to him because he’s a brilliant person.”

Nuno Espirito Santo on the absence of Raul Jimenez who fractured his skull in the win at Arsenal: “It's a chance for all the squad, knowing we don't have someone who is really important for us. I don't recall a game when Raul was not in the team. It's a chance for us all to raise our standards and create solutions for the team.”

Tottenham have just beaten Arsenal in the North London derby which means they sit top of the pile once again. Liverpool come into this game in fourth and can go second with a win, behind Spurs on goal difference. Wolves are 10th, but could rise to fifth with a victory.

As we’ve always said, when you go to Anfield it is not important how many [of] you there are, it’s all about how big your influence will be.
