25'
Cancelo does really well down the left with a positive burst to win the corner.
23'
Kante... loses out... Grealish... challenged superbly by the Frenchman. He's so good at that. Great recovery.
22'
Strong header away by Rudiger after a dangerous Cancelo inswinger that looped towards Jesus at the back post.
19'
Werner tries to spin Dias with a neat turn, but the Portuguese stands firm, with the German appealing. Michael Oliver waves play on.

Werner... driving infield from the left... but he strikes it! Good block from Kyle Walker.

Azpilicueta's clearance lands at the feet of Lukaku, who brings Alonso into the play... Wener... is in here... he's tried to play in his strike partner! Cancelo covering well on the recovery.
13'
Cancelo... lovely ball through to de Bruyne, who pulls it back... but Bernardo Silva isn't quick enough on the mark.
11'
City are still looking so sharp in possession. Theyre knocking it neatly and confidently from side to side, looking for that penetrative pass into the pocket for any of their creative outlets, be it a wide man or free-roaming eight.
9'
Finally, some possession for Chelsea. Jorginho finds Rudiger, who fires a ball quickly into Werner's feet, but his compatriot can't retain possession after an initially good first touch.
7'
Foden's delivery is held well by Edouard Mendy.
5'
More CIty pressure, as Jesus wins the corner after a strong challenge from Antonio Rudiger.
3'
Jesus's cross is dealt with well by Azpilicueta, who puts it out for the early corner. Aggressive start from City. Silva's corner is dealt with competently by Lukaku back there for Chelsea.
2'
It seems to be the false nine system for City, as expected. Foden is there centrally, and Jesus off to the right.
1'
Christensen does well to shepherd the ball dead under early pressure from Foden.
1st Half
1'
We're underway. What a game this should be.
12:28
The players are out, the anticipation builds.
12:25
Five minutes to kick off, Stamford Bridge is rocking. Goosebumps? Nerves? How're you feeling, Chelsea and City fans?
12:22
4-3-3 for the visiting champions. As aforementioned, Joao Cancelo is at left-back, with Bernardo Silva joining Kevin de Bruyne and Rodri in the middle of the park. Jack Grealish and Phil Foden, on paper, should be operating off the flanks, but don't be surprised to see Gabriel Jesus out on the right, where he has flourished in recent weeks, out of the central striking spotlight he had been heavily scrutinised under. Hence, we could well see Foden or de Bruyne rotating into that false nine role.
12:20
Could Champions League hero King Kai make the difference off the bench today?
12:20
10 minutes to go.
12:17
3-5-2 shape for Chelsea, a slightly more cautious approach to their ordinary 3-4-2-1. The pace of Timo Werner and Romelu Lukaku together could really stretch the City defence, Kyle Walker will seek to nullify that with his recovery pace sweeping up, and Joao Cancelo should be covered nicely on the left as he drives infield in his inverted wing-back role by the dogged presence of Bernardo Silva.
