As for Arsenal they’ve signed Ben White, Nuno Tavares, Martin Odegaard, Albert Sambi Lokonga and Aaron Ramsdale for a reputed £132.3 million, and have lost both of their Premier League matches so far without registering a goal. Both of these clubs are alumni of the European Super League project that quickly collapsed like a flan in a cupboard in April; much like when it dawned on Monty Burns that Homer Simpson wasn’t a grand master of union
