This is a good time to play Manchester City, who are on a terrible run of one draw in their last one game. Or, alternatively, law of averages says they won't fail to win again. Who's to say?

Either way, Brentford, who've lost their last four, five if you include the cup defeat to Everton, need to get some points - and quickly. Currently, they sit 14th in the table. but they've played a game more three of the sides below them, two more than two of the sides below them, and three more than bottom-of--the-table Burnley, who they lead by nine points. They look safeish but verily they are not, in worse form than any other team in the division, and if they don't improve quickly, will be going right back from whence they came.
