FABINHO INTO SALAH
Whose lovely flick sneds Alexander-Arnold in. He shanks his shot wide of the near post, then the flag goes up.

TSIMIKAS GOES DOWN THE LEFT
And humps a cross straight to Guaita - there's no one where Nunez isn't. On ther touchline, Klopp gestures at his player to calm down.

WARD IS LATE ON DIAZ
Making sure to halt a counter. He's booked.

THE MAN DIFFERENCE ISN'T MAKING MUCH DIFFERENCE
It's still Liverpool dominating. Partly because they're better and chasing, but also because they've lost someone from their attack, which means they can do as they were doing in midfield.

LAST SEASON
Liverpool won 28 games from lising positions. That, along with how many games they won by a goal the year they won the title, speaks volumes about the nentality Klopp's instilled in them.

CHANGE FOR PALACE
Edouard replaces Ayew. that looks a solid move - Palace are going to need someone to hold the ball up.

WHAT A GOAL! Liverpool 1-1 Crystal Palace (Diaz)
Diaz takes the ball on the left, jinks by Ayew then across Docoure and another defender I can't even see, then eases across two more so that he's almost central, before punching a glooooorious curler into the far side-netting, about halfway up.

LOOKING AGAIN, NUNEZ FLICKED A BACKHEADER AT ANDERSEN AT THE ATTACK STARTED
Andersen, by the way, was booked. That's actually quite funny.

WHAT A CHANCE THIS IS FOR PALACE!
And what a chance for Man City!

NUNEZ IS SENT OFF!
Andersen shoves Nunez from behind, so Nnuez turns and sticks the nut on him! It's not a proper, Houchen headbutt, but it's not a flick either, and that's a red card in any era. What a silly boy. And he won't leave the pitch either, petulantly shouting and gesticulating, before Klopp orfders him off. He's in trouble later on.

ELLIOTT FINDS SALAH DOWN THE RIGHT
He crosses for Nnuez, who bothces an overhead kick, AND WHY IS ANDERSEN ON THE GROUND?

LIVERPOOL HAVEN'T FOUND THEIR FLUENCY THIS HALF
And Palace are countering with confidence.

MILNER LIFTS A CROSS
But there's no one in the middle and Guaita claims under no pressure.

MY CONSOLE CRASHES
But it's still 0-1.

HOW MANY CHANCES CAN LIVERPOOL SPURN?
From what I've seen so far, Nunez needs to improve his fnishing. He can score lots of difference goals, including the difficult ones, but he needs to get better at those 6/7 out of 10 difficulty ones. Harry Kane is the best at those, I'd say.

NUNEZ SHOULD SCORE!
Salah slides him thourgh in the inside-right position and he opens his body to guide a finish across Guaita - not unlike Zaha's, but from the opposite flank. He's far less precise though, getting under it and failing to impart decent contact - the shot is headed wide when Ward, sliding in, blocks it. Nunez wants a penalty, but it his flank not arm and would\ve been accidental anyway.

I DOUBT LIVERPOOL CHANGE MUCH
They played pretty well in the first half, and just need a bit more composure in front of goal. It's also one of those games in which you can chuck attackers on, becuase the ball is in the opposition box a lot.
