BAJCETIC BOOKED
The youngster gives the ball away cheaply, then trips a breaking Nunes in frustration. Even the time on the clock cannot save him from going into the book.

WE'RE UNDERWAY
Wolves get the game started and look to be playing in a 4-2-1-3.

FIVE MINUTES TO GO
The players are in the tunnel and kick-off is imminent. Liverpool are all in red, naturally, while Wolves will be in light grey once their tracksuit jackets come off. Van Dijk captains Liverpool while Neves leads the visitors.

WOLVES MORE THAN A DECADE WITHOUT LEAGUE WIN HERE
Wolves have not won a league match at Anfield since 2010, when Stephen Ward scored the only goal of the game. They did win a 2017 FA Cup tie at this stadium 2-1 - Richard Stearman and Andreas Weimann with the goals.

CAN NUNEZ SCORE IN THIRD STRAIGHT GAME?
The Uruguayan missed the Palace match due to injury, but before that scored a cracker against Real Madrid plus another versus Newcastle. Nunez has 11 goals in all competitions for Liverpool this season.

KLOPP DEEMS WOLVES 'REALLY GOOD SIDE'
The Liverpool manager has praised tonight's opposition's strength in depth, namechecking substitutes Diego Costa and Adama Traore as players who demonstrate that. "Whichever system they will play, it is a really good side," was Klopp's verdict. "That's why it will be tricky. But again, I'm really looking forward to the game."

ANFIELD STILL HARD TO PENETRATE IN THE PREMIER LEAGUE
Liverpool have kept three clean sheets in a row in the Premier League, despite there being much talk about defensive shortcomings.

WOLVES SEEK LEAGUE DOUBLE
Liverpool and Wolves met fewer than four weeks ago, with the latter running out 3-0 winners. A Joel Matip own goal, plus strikes from Craig Dawson and Ruben Neves, gave relegation-threatened Wanderers three vital points.

LOPETEGUI PREPARING FOR ONE OF THE WORLD'S BEST TEAMS
The Wolves manager is taking little notice of Liverpool's league position - or recent games between these two - as he expects this match "is going to be different again", especially given it's at Anfield. "When I look at a team, I don’t put the focus on the position of the opponent, I look at what kind of team we are going to play and I’m sure we are going to play against one of the best teams in the world, with fantastic players, a fantastic coach and tomorrow we are going to have a big demand, so the most important thing is to put the focus in our answers so we can play a good match in all of the phases."

LIVERPOOL CAN MOVE WITHIN SIX POINTS OF TOP FOUR
Liverpool begin this match nine points off of fourth place, with two games in hand on Tottenham. Given Newcastle's recent struggles - no win in four in the league - and Spurs' inconsistency, fourth place does feel up for grabs. Liverpool need it if this season is not to go down as somewhat of a disaster, because the Champions League represented their last chance at winning a trophy and even the most optimistic of Liverpool supporters will not carry any hope to the Bernabeu, where the Reds will be three goals behind to begin the second leg of their last-16 tie.
Perhaps it would be remiss not to include Brighton and Brentford in that discussion for fourth place, as each are one point worse off than Liverpool having played one fewer and the same number of games, respectively. Fulham are currently three points ahead in sixth, having played two games more.

MOUTINHO REPLACES INJURED CUNHA
Wolves boss Julen Lopetegui makes one change, with Joao Moutinho replacing the injured Matheus Cunha. Pedro Neto, who has not played since October, is among the substitutes.
Wolverhampton Wanderers: Sa, Semedo, Dawson, Kilman, Bueno, Lemina, Neves, Moutinho, Sarabia, Nunes, Jimenez.

SIX CHANGES FOR LIVERPOOL
Just five players who started the Reds' dire 0-0 draw with Crystal Palace do so tonight. Fit-again Darwin Nunez and Ibrahima Konate return to the side, while there is also a completely new midfield. Diogo Jota is among the survivors from the Selhurst Park XI and faces his former team.
Liverpool: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Konate, Van Dijk, Tsimikas, Fabinho, Bajcetic, Elliott, Salah, Nunez, Jota.
