Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino is looking for an improved showing at a venue where they won 3-1 in February in an FA Cup 4th round replay.

"We need to try to be stronger, to really trust in the way we play, to trust in our philosophy, the way we prepare the games and everything that follows, and also to have the discipline," he said.

"We have to be positive, be strong and believe that we can have a good game. We need a good attitude, a good approach, and go there to compete with a team that is fighting to be in the Champions League next season.

Chelsea head to Villa Park having shipped a whopping 57 goals this season and are coming off a 5-0 drubbing by Arsenal at the Emirates.

"Its the same thing I said at the start of the season when you've got lots of young players in there. The ability to do it in spells is there," said the former Chelsea playmaker Cole on TNT Sports.
