Mohamed Salah scored his 200th goal for Liverpool and 150th in the Premier League as Liverpool fought back to beat 10-man Crystal Palace 2-1 to move top of the Premier League. The win sees them above Arsenal in the table, who can re-claim top spot if they beat Aston Villa later on Saturday. Jean-Philippe Mateta opened the scoring from the penalty spot but then Salah and Harvey Elliot scored.
