GOOD SAVE! Di Lorenzo picks out Zielinski in space between the Milan centre backs just outside the box, but he loses his balance and toepokes a shot at Donnarumma which he can save relatively comfortably, diving to his left to parry away. Napoli are starting to ramp up the pressure.
14'
Insigne cuts inside onto his right and gets a shot on goal from the edge of the box, but it deflects through to Donnarumma. The deflection off Tonali took all the power away from it and it was a simple save for Milan's number one to make.
12'
Milan have started the brighter of the two sides with Hernandez looking particularly lively down the left flank. Napoli are affording the left-back too much space and he is taking advantage of it.
10'
CHANCE! Calhanoglu and Hernandez combine well and the Turkey international attempts to curl his right-footed effort into the top corner, but it's narrowly wide. It was a good effort but he will be annoyed not to get that on target.
8'
OUCH! Zielinski and Krunic collide as the Pole looked to have taken a hit to the face when crashing to the floor following the Bosnian's tackle. They both look fine to continue fortunately.
6'
Calhanoglu kicks the ball out of play as Mertens goes down following a tangle of legs with Castillejo. The Belgian is ready to continue now and we play on.
4'
SAVE! Hernandez plays an incisive through ball which Leao meets in the box, but there is little space between him and Ospina and he pokes it at the Colombian goalkeeper, who is now down injured with the two colliding. The former Arsenal man is back on his feet now, though.
3'
It's a fast start to this one with Napoli in control of the ball at the moment. Insigne wins Napoli their first corner of the evening. The ball swung in by Insigne is sliced behind by Dalot for another Napoli corner. This time Milan clear their lines.
