Milan cruise to vital home victory over midtable Frosinone to maintain pressure on Serie A leaders

A patient, efficient performance allowed Milan to successfully bounce back from mid-week Champions League defeat to Borussia Dortmund. The home side won what might have been expected to be a tough home tie against a confident young Frosinone side. One fortunate Milan goal just before half time, a brilliant second from Christian Pulisic just after, and a Tomori tap -in mid-way through the second half sealed an invaluable three points for the Rossoneri.
