Palace bos Patrick Vieira has challenged Eberechi Eze to take his chance to re-establish himself at Crystal Palace following his injury layoff.

Ayew, Zaha and Kouyate are away at the Africa Cup of Nations, giving the youngster a chance to impress this month.

"He is in a good place," said Vieira. "What he's missing a little bit is game time.

"I did not have the chance to put him on the field more often but with the three players going to AFCON, I will have a chance to use him a little bit more.

"He is waiting and he is in a good place mentally. When the chance comes, he will have to take it."

Eze and Olise start for the Eagles in the absence of Zaha and Ayew who are on AFCON dury while Gallagher returns and Butland starts in goal.

Millwall remain without Wallace and hand an opportunity to back-up goalkeeper Long. Malone is also brought into the starting XI with Murray Wallace absent.
