Southgate 'veering towards' extending England spell

Gareth Southgate is "veering towards extending his spell as England boss to the 2026 World Cup".
That's according to The Sun, after reports the former Middlesbrough manager could be in line to replace Erik ten Hag at Manchester United.
However, the paper continues: "But the Three Lions chief will NOT outstay his England welcome if there is no mood for him to remain at the helm.
"And the equation could be thrown up into the air if he is offered the chance to replace Erik ten Hag at Manchester United.
"Southgate has attempted to publicly park issues surrounding his future until after Euro 2024.
"What happens in Germany, though, is likely to have a direct impact on his decision.
"At this stage, Sun Sport understands, Southgate will be minded to take his team through to the USA, Mexico and Canada if this summer is deemed a success."

Adarabioyo attracting interest from Liverpool and Spurs

Liverpool, Tottenham and AC Milan are interested in a summer move for Fulham defender Tosin Adarabioyo, claims a report in the Standard.
The Cottagers are now reportedly in a rush to tie down the centre-back to a new contract, with talks already under way.
The outlet writes: "Fulham are ready to make Tosin Adarabioyo one of their top earners in a bid to stop him leaving Craven Cottage.
"The 26-year-old defender has been in exceptional form since he returned from injury in November, but his contract expires at the end of the season and his future is uncertain.
"Liverpool, Tottenham and AC Milan are among the clubs weighing up a summer move for Adarabioyo.

"Spurs signed Radu Dragusin in January but Ange Postecoglou admitted last week they want another centre-back in the summer, and Adarabioyo was a target last summer.
"Liverpool, meanwhile, are planning for life after Jurgen Klopp’s departure.
"Joel Matip's contract expires in the summer and he suffered a serious knee injury earlier this season. Manchester United and Chelsea are also considering whether to sign a centre-back.
"Adarabioyo is keen to focus on his football until the summer. That has given Fulham a window to tie him down to a new deal, and talks have already started.

Giroud in 'advanced talks' with Los Angeles FC

AC Milan striker Olivier Giroud is reportedly in "advanced talks" with Los Angeles FC.
The 37-year-old is enjoying a fine season with Milan, scoring 12 goals and registering eight assists in just 26 appearances - but his contract is due to expire in the summer.
The Sun writes: "Olivier Giroud could be heading stateside. The former Arsenal and Chelsea striker is reportedly in advanced talks to complete a transfer to the MLS after three seasons with AC Milan.
"Giroud, who signed for Milan in 2021, is set to see his current contract with the Serie A outfit expire in the summer.
"And according to The Athletic, the 37-year-old is discussing a potential move to Los Angeles FC on the expiration of his deal.
"It is said that talks are 'advanced' between the two parties, but no agreement is understood to be "imminent" despite the negotiations."
