Manchester City have reportedly agreed a deal to sign RB Leipzig's Croatia international defender Josko Gvardiol, according to reports. Meanwhile, Riyad Mahrez is believed to be close to signing for Saudi Pro League side Al-Ahli.

Manchester City have agreed to sign RB Leipzig defender Josko Gvardiol, according to reports.
The Guardian reports that the Croatia international, who plays mainly in central defence but who can also play on the left flank, began his medical on Wednesday in anticipation of the deal being finalised.
The 21-year-old has already agreed terms with City, who may have to pay around €100 million (£86.7m) given Gvardiol’s contract runs until 2027.
The defender would be the second signing for Pep Guardiola since the club completed their Treble winning campaign last season.
With John Stones now being used as a midfielder, there is space in Manchester City’s squad for another player who can play in defence, particularly as Joao Cancelo may depart after spending the second half of last season on loan at Bayern Munich.
They have already signed Mateo Kovacic from Chelsea, but could see a number of players leave the club in addition to Ilkay Gundogan, who joined Barcelona on a free transfer.
Playmaker Bernardo Silva continues to be linked with a move away, and Kyle Walker is a target for German champions Bayern, and Riyah Mahrez is close to signing for Al-Ahli of the Saudi Pro League.
