ONUS ON AZ
The home side with plenty of the ball so far, as expected, but they have actually looked most threatening when things break down, perhaps as West Ham are drawn out of shape.
22'
DANGEROUS CROSS
Van Brederode has not been fed the ball enough but this time has it on the right and produces an inviting cross, but Pavlidis doesn't make a clean connection.
20'
WEST HAM BREAK
AZ enjoy a sustained spell of possession but do not turn that into a chance and in fact look vulnerable as West Ham break, with Paqueta running away from several pursuers, but his through ball looking for Antonio is well off the mark.
17'
FIRST HAMMERS CHANCE
AZ don't deal with a Kehrer cross and the ball is only cleared as far as Bowen, inside the box, but he scuffs a shot wide.
15'
ASSURED AREOLA
Benrahma slices a clearance high into the sky, but Areola claims well under a little Pavlidis pressure. The striker should really have made it harder for Areola.
14'
WASTEFUL BENRAHMA
Benrahma gets on the ball in the AZ half perhaps for the first time, but his cross from the left is overhit.
12'
ANTONIO DROPPING DEEP
Antonio has been starved of the ball so comes deep to challenge Reijnders in a 50-50, which he wins, allowing West Ham to move the ball forward.
8'
WEST HAM WEATHER EARLY STORM
West Ham have not seen much of the ball, but in a raucous atmosphere have done well to facilitate a dull five minutes.
3'
A SCARE FOR WEST HAM
Clasie pings a long ball through for Karlsson, who has made a smart run behind the West Ham defence but cannot take the ball down. The offside flag goes up belatedly, not before West Ham fans were gasping.
2'
AZ START WELL
AZ are soon on the attack and win a corner as Karlsson's shot from the edge of the box is deflected over.

PLAYERS IN THE TUNNEL
West Ham, all in black, are in the tunnel. Just waiting on the home side.
19:50
THE OTHER SEMI-FINAL
Basel or Fiorentina will play the winner in the final. The Swiss side have a one-goal advantage and tonight will also have home advantage on their side, after two late goals in Florence swung that tie in their favour.
19:45
ALKMAAR IMPRESSIVE AT HOME
AZ have won all eight of their home matches in the competition this season, scoring 25 goals. Their unbeaten home run in Europe goes back 25 matches.
Only three visiting teams have won at AZ Stadion this season - Eredivisie champions Feyenoord, Sparta Rotterdam and lastly Utrecht in the Dutch Cup.
19:40
MARKSMEN
Michail Antonio's six goals in this season's competition are second only behind Arthur Cabral of Fiorentina. AZ's Vangelis Pavlidis has scored five.

MOYES EYES "GREAT ACHIEVEMENT"
It would be a "great achievement" were West Ham to advance tonight, according to manager Moyes.
"For me and this group of players, it’s a huge game," he added. "We want to reach a cup final, but again we have a really difficult opponent. We have to play really well to reach the final, we’re going to have to earn it and we know that."
Moyes also recalled winning in Alkmaar with Everton in 2007, when the hosts were managed by Louis van Gaal. "I remember the game well because I have a lot of respect for Louis van Gaal," Moyes said of the man who followed him as Manchester United manager.
19:30
PREVIOUS EUROPEAN FINALS
West Ham are seeking to reach a first European final since 1975-76, when they were Cup Winners' Cup runners-up. They also won that competition in 1964-65.
AZ's sole European final came at the end of the 1980-81 season, when Ipswich Town beat them 5-4 in a two-legged UEFA Cup final.
19:25
CONTRASTING LEAGUE FORM
AZ warmed up for this with a 5-1 thrashing of Emmen at the weekend; defender Sam Beukema scored twice. West Ham, by contrast, succumbed to a 2-0 loss at Brentford.
19:20
JANSEN TAKING POSITIVES FROM FIRST LEG
While AZ ending up losing the first leg, they dominated possession and controlled proceedings until West Ham equalised via a penalty. "I saw a team that wasn't scared to show what it can do," manager Pascal Jansen said of the AZ display.
"We controlled large parts of the match. We were good on the ball, and aggressive without it. In the end, we left with a narrow defeat, but now it's up to us to turn things round."
19:15
WEST HAM DOMINANT IN THIS COMPETITION
West Ham are still yet to taste defeat in the Europa Conference League, winning 12 of 13 matches. Among those wins, of course, is the first leg of this tie.
