FULL-TIME! It's all over and Netherlands get the win thanks to goals from Memphis Depay and Georginio Wijnaldum. Netherlands finish the campaign with three more points to their collection but it is Italy who progress to the finals from their group.

Poland are pushing hard for an equaliser but it looks likes Netherlands are about to seal back-to-back wins to end 2020 on a high note.

YELLOW! For Jozwiak for infringement.

GOAL! Wijnaldum heads Netherlands into the lead late on from a fine Steven Burghuis corner! The Dutch look to have turned this around with two goals in seven minutes!

SUB! Rybus is on for the injured Reca.

There's a pause in play as Reca gets some medical treatment. He looks to have a hamstring issue.

GOAL! Depay fires it into top left corner and Holland are level! A fine spot-kick and Netherlands deserved an equaliser on the balance of play.

PENALTY TO NETHERLANDS! Bednarek pushes over Wijnaldum in the box, there's not much in it but it is a penalty...

SUB! Grosicki comes in for Placheta.

Netherlands are continuing to push forward as Depay fires the ball into the side netting. An equaliser feels imminent but Netherlands' defence is extremely high up the pitch.

Klaassen performs an outrageous overhead kick which Fabianski saves, but he was offside!

SUBS! Three changes for Holland. Van de Beek is on for Klaassen, Berghuis is in for Stengs and Van Aanholt makes way for Wijndal. For Poland, it's two changes. Krychowiak and Zielinski come off for Linetty and Moder.

Depay spins past Glik before getting a ball into Klaassen at the near post, but he fires it into the side netting! Klaassen, once again, ends up on the floor.

GREAT SAVE! A fabulous save from Fabianski! Depay has a low shot which was heading into the bottom corner, but the West Ham goalkeeper does excellently to push away! Fine stop.

Another quick counter-attack from Poland as Zielinski lays the ball off to Piatek but he rifles his effort over the bar. He perhaps should have done better there.

Krychowiak, who is on a yellow, commits another heavy challenge and Netherlands have a free-kick which Depay plays short to Stengs, but his cross into the area is acrobatically cleared by Kedziora. The following corner comes to nothing.

Poland need to win and Italy must lose against Bosnia tonight if they are to qualify for the Nations League finals. Italy currently lead 1-0...

Kedziora fouls Depay right on the edge of the box. The Lyon forward powers a cross in which Reca gets a touch on to deny Hateboer a certain goalscoring opportunity.

Hateboer's cross goes out for a Netherlands corner which Poland almost spring a counter-attack straight away from with Klich playing a long ball up, but Jozwiak is blocked off expertly by De Jong. The pace of Poland's attack has exposed Holland's slow backline all evening.
