Hello and welcome to LIVE updates of the UEFA Nations League Group B4 match between Wales and Bulgaria at the Cardiff City Stadium. Ryan Giggs' men edged a 1-0 win over Finland on Thursday with their only shot on target, while Bulgaria conceded an injury time equaliser to Ireland that same evening to draw 1-1. The last time these two sides faced each other was nearly 9 years ago in October 2011 - Wales were 1-0 winners that time out. Kick off is at 14:00 BST

FULL TIME: Wales 1-0 Bulgaria
Relief for Wales fans and they clinch another narrow win! Fans will be encouraged by their second half performance after a lacklustre opening half as well as the performance of young players, but a lack of ability to create clear chances and Bale's lack of fitness are concerns to take from the game also.

GOALLLLL!!! Great hold-up play from Robson-Kanu enables him to pass it to the nearby Jonny Williams on the left wing who produces a beautiful cross on his right foot that finds the onrushing Nico Williams and it's headed brilliantly past Georgiev and into the back of the net! What a moment for the 19 year-old on only his second Wales outing!

Oh how Wales fans would love Bale to rescue them from a draw with a goal right now...
The Wales captain has been very quiet today and hesitant to be as direct as usual.

5 minutes of added time to come! Will we see some last minute magic from either side?

Dimitrov brings down Robson-Kanu not too far away from the Bulgaria penalty area. James stands over the free-kick and opts to loft it across the area to Lockyer but his header back in to the middle fails to find any of his Wales teammates.

CHANCE! A low darting cross from Iliev is met by a diving header from Karagaren who sends it miles wide.

Wales corner seems to produce an opportunity to score as Georgiev leaves his goal to claim but instead misses it altogether. However, Robson-Kanu commits a foul and saves the Bulgaria goalkeeper's blushes.

Bulgaria are certainly showing signs of fatigue. Can Wales capitalise on that in the final 10 minutes?

WALES SUB: That Brooks strike proved to be his last involvement in the game, as he is substituted off in favour of the skilful Jonny Williams. Understandable decision considering that Brooks has only just recovered from long-term injury very recently.

This is much better from Wales! Have looked a completely different side in this second half and suddenly become very dominant. Can they make this dominance count though?

CHANCE! Fantastic cross-field pass from Bale to James on the left. He knocks it down for Brooks who then creates the space to fire a powerful effort towards goal on his left foot. It brushes the bar and goes over.

BULGARIA SUB: Been a flurry of substitutions over the past 10 minutes. It's another attacking change for Bulgaria too, as Spas Delev replaces Ivanov.

CHANCE! Another nice move involving David Brooks, as he plays a one-two with James who drills a first-time shot directly at the Bulgaria 'keeper. This has been a good spell for Wales.

WALES SUB: Liverpool youngster Neco Williams made his international debut on Thursday out of position in right midfield, but today he gets to play in his favoured right-back role as he comes on for Roberts in a like-for-like switch.

WALES SUB: Wales' Euro 2016 hero Hal Robson-Kanu makes his first appearance for them since 2017 as he comes on in place of Moore. He actually retired from international football in August 2018 but was recently convinced by Ryan Giggs to reverse that decision.
