Greenwood shoots from far too far out from a free kick, Mexico break, and Ocampo's pass forward is overhit.

England have a free kick on the left wing, to the left of the box. Williams spots a gap at the near post, and she drags it just wide of the post.

A Mexico corner by Ocampo is swung straight against the crossbar, grazing Bardsley's fingertips. Scott is subbed for Carney.

The corner ends when it is taken short, leading to a short pass back and an offside. Garciamendez slides in late on Bronze, and is booked.

Mexico are holding on, and England aren't playing quickly enough to create the quality of chances they need. Greenwood heads behind a cross for a Mexico corner.

Greenwood is on the end of a great ball down the left, she slides a pass inside for Aluko, who takes a few touches to get steady, but he shot at the near post is saved by Santiago.

Another free kick for England on the right wing at Scott is shoved over. Greenwood takes, swinging it in, Bronze reaches it, almost, but Houghton gets there first and glances it well wide of goal.
