SO CLOSE FOR GERMANY!
This time it is Sydney Lohmann who hammers a shot inches over from just inside the box. Almost the winning goal in added time. What a finale here in Brisbane.

NOTHING GOING RIGHT FOR GERMANY
Marina Hegering is booked for the foul on Cho So-Hyun, who is the latest player to require treatment. Going to go well beyond the initial nine minutes added.

STOPPAGES APLENTY
Players needing treatment every minute it seems. So should be more time added to those inital nine. Germany no closer to finding a winner.

SO CLOSE FOR SOUTH KOREA!
Astonishing moments, but Germany haven't really done much in the second half since Popp hit the bar. We stay at 1-1 heading for added time.

CAN SOUTH KOREA HANG ON FOR A POINT?
Wouldn't save them from the exit door, but they might take Germany with them right here. Kim Hye-Ri is back on her feet after receiving treatment.

GERMANY HACK THE BALL CLEAR!
Another delightful free-kick is floated into the danger area by Ji So-Yun. Germany looking none too clever before walloping the loose ball clear down the pitch. Into the final 10 minutes of Group H.

NERVOUS MOMENTS ON GERMANY BENCH
No wonder. This was not in the script. 39,000 fans perched on the edge of their seats wondering what late twists this match might bring in Brisbane. Germany coach Martina Voss-Tecklenburg assessing her options on the touchline.

ANOTHER GOLDEN CHANCE FOR POPP!
A free header for Popp. All the time in the world, but she nods straight at Kim Jung-Mi from the Sydney Lohmann cross. Glorious chance spurned for the favourites. Should have been 2-1.

SOUTH KOREA EARN A CORNER!
Ji So-Yun whips in a brilliant ball. Nobody got a touch on it. Merle Frohms seemed to get a glove on it as the ball flew inches wide of the goal. So close to a second for South Korea. Should have been another corner, but Germany survive.

A SPOT OF CRAMP!
Cho So-Hyun has put in a superb shift for her side. Scored the opening goal and has put herself about in repelling the Germany attacks. No wonder she needs some treatment from the medics.

GERMANY CONTINUE TO DOMINATE BALL!
72 percent of possession for the favourites in this match as South Korea get pushed further and further back. Surely openings will present themselves in these closing 25 minutes or so with the Asian side tiring.
