Spanish prosecutor files Luis Rubiales complaint with national court after Jenni Hermoso kiss

Suspended Spanish FA president Luis Rubiales could face criminal charges after the Spanish prosecutor filed a complaint to the national court. The prosecutor filed a 'sexual assualt and coersion' complaint against Rubiales after he kissed Jenni Hermoso following the Women's World Cup final. On Tuesday, Hermoso filed a complaint in which she said that Rubiales kissed her without consent.

The Spanish prosecutor has filed a complaint against suspended Spanish FA president Luis Rubiales "for the crimes of sexual assault and coercion against Jennifer Hermoso".

On Tuesday, Spanish forward Hermoso made a formal complaint about Rubiales after the 46-year-old kissed her on the lips during the trophy ceremony following the Women’s World Cup final last month.

Hermoso claimed that the kiss was not consensual.
