Didier Deschamps: "We have to be able to bring the ball out well and then take what chances we get efficiently. I am convinced that coming here and thinking only about defending is not a solution. When you play Spain you know you are going to suffer whatever happens. It's the same for all teams."

Vicente del Bosque: "He (Sergio Ramos) told me he was better and we are confident he'll be available for tomorrow. But if he cannot play we will not force the issue, we won't take risks. In that case someone else will play."

Spain centre-back Sergio Ramos is recovering well from the leg problem which forced him out of the 4-0 victory in Belarus on Friday and should be available. Barcelona pair Carles Puyol and Gerard Pique are out injured.
