Well, what an impressive performance from Scotland. This result breathes new life into their efforts to make it to Russia next year. Their hopes are still slim, but they are still alive. But more importantly, this performance sets a precedent for Scotland. More of that will give them a real chance.

Armstrong was probably man of the match for the time he was on the pitch. There have been a number of standouts for Scotland. Robertson has been exceptional as well.

Scotland are coasting now. Lithuania also know that this game is over and has been over for quite some time. The three points are in the bag and there is once again some hope.

This has been without doubt the best competitive Scotland display for quite some time. Maybe since the win over Ireland in thel last qualification campaign? It's been a joy to watch.

McGinn is coming on for Scotland. This will be the Hibernian midfielder's second competitive cap.

Significant news for Scotland in one of the other games in this group, with Slovakia taking the lead against Slovenia. That's not the best news for Strachan and his players.

Of course, Martin scored the goal that could still prove so crucial to Scotland in this World Cup qualification campaign, netting a late winner against Slovenia earlier in the year.

Griffiths is coming off for Scotland here, with Chris Martin coming on to replace him.

As strong as Scotland have been in this match, it's worth mentioning just how poor this Lithuania team is. They haven't at any point created much in the way of goalscoring chances.
