Ronaldo goes down to ground under a challenge by Coleman but referee Jesus Gil Manzano tells him to get back on his feet. Coleman v Ronaldo has been a constant duel in this game so far.

Ireland try to play the ball out the back but almost cave in under Portugal's high press, forcing Bazunu to hoof clear. Moments later, Ronaldo has a shot on goal from the edge of the box, but Coleman makes a timely intervention, sliding in to block it!

Duffy and Ronaldo challenge in an aerial duel and it's a Portugal free-kick. Silva lofts a ball into the path of Ronaldo off the shoulder and gets a left-footed shot away from a tight angle which Bazunu parries behind. The following corner comes to nothing.

Appeals for an Ireland corner are shot down as Doherty makes a positive run down the right flank. It did look a corner as Palhinha booted the loose ball clear.
