Croatia deal with the corner with the minimum of fuss. Leon Balogun hits the deck after an unfortunate elbow from Vida catches him as the defender jumped to nod clear.

Nigeria easily deal with a Croatia corner from the left. The Super Eagles look to break, but Rakitic makes a tactical foul on the right to halt them in their tracks.

Andrej Kramaric makes a clever dart in-behind the Nigeria backline, but Abdullahi Shehu is alive to it and volleys a ball in from the left to safety on the stretch.

A nice tempo to this match so far. Both teams look keen to push on and attack.

DID YOU KNOW? Nigeria have won just one of their last six World Cup showdowns with European opposition. They defeated Bosnia-Herzegovina in 2014 but have drawn one and lost four of the other meetings.
