Good afternoon, all, and welcome to our LIVE coverage of the Brazilian Grand Prix. It seems like I've taken you through so many Mercedes front-row lock-outs so far this season, so here's another one - Nico Rosberg begins on pole (and picks up the ludicrous "pole position trophy" for his efforts) with Lewis Hamilton poised behind in second. Homeboy Felipe Massa is in third, with Valtteri Bottas in fourth - yes, a second row lock-out for the Williamses.

39/71
Big gap between the Mercs and the chasing pack now, led by Massa.
38/71
Ricciardo currently trundling along where he began, down in ninth.
37/71
Vettel moves quickly out to the left to pass Kvyat. Up to fifth for him.
36/71
Awful stop from Ferrari as the front jack fails and the car bumps to the ground.
35/71
Raikkonen, in third, is preparing for his second stop.
34/71
Hamilton tells his team he has enough grip to push for a single hot lap on those tyres, but no more than that.
33/71
Better fuel economy from Hamilton compared to Rosberg again.
32/71
Hamilton's slicing into that Rosberg lead once again now.
31/71
Rosberg's team is now referring to "your team-mate". Really, it's both intriguing and pathetic, isn't it?

-
Hamilton sounds upset over the radio, and his team are reassuring him - "All is not lost."

Quickest lap so far from Vettel, yellow flags as Hamilton spins off the track after locking up the rear axel. He's back on but that's given Rosberg a fillip after his tyre problems.
-
Terrible stuff for poor Valtteri Bottas, who's got a seatbelt problem!
27/71
That's not surprising - Rosberg is going to have a new set of tyres and he squeals back out on to the track.
26/71
Rosberg's front right is nasty, and there's a horrible lock-up there which isn't going to do him any good.
-
Massa is called in during the next lap - he's got that penalty to sit out.
25/71
Finally he can get the new set that he needs. And Vettel is in for a second time.
24/71
And Grosjean's tyres have basically gone now.
23/71
Hamilton's chipping away at Rosberg's lead now, faster in three sectors.
