Lewis Hamilton absolutely nails his lap and clocks a 1:29.607, absolutely magnificent stuff. "Extraordinary job," coos his race engineer on the radio. Fully four tenths quicker than Nico Rosberg in second.

Chequered flag out, all 10 drivers on a flying lap...
1'
The drivers back off on their out laps, trying to carve out a bit of space to give it the full gun.
3'
Everybody is in the pits right now... but they'll be out any second.
4'
It currently stands: 1-Hamilton, 2-Rosberg, 3-Webber, 4-Vettel, 5-Grosjean. But they'll have another lap and we can expect those times to drop further. I'd be amazed if the pole lap isn't in the 1:29s.

Hamilton goes P1 with a 1:30.096, but Alonso runs on hard tyres and goes P6 of seven to lap so far.

A disappointed Jenson Button tells Sky Sports: "You're never happy to qualify P11, but if we'd go through to Q3 we probably would have been P10. It's probably better to be P11 as it's the clean side of the track."

And Q3 is under way - a final 10-minute blast to sort out the front five rows of the grid.

Sorry, that's a lie. Jean-Eric Vergne went out after his big mistake running wide over the grass.
-
Red Bull had a one-two in Q2. And both Toro Rossos made it through to the top ten shootout.

Raikkonen goes 10th, which pushes Button into the drop zone. And Massa also falls in 12th place! 11-Button, 12-Massa, 13-Vergne, 14-Perez, 15-Hulkenberg, 16-Maldonado.

Button goes P10, but can anyone knock him out in the final seconds?
1'
Perez cannot improve beyond 12th place and he's in big trouble. Meanwhile Ricciardo goes third!
2'
Vergne runs wide and bumps across the grass - that was a cracking lap from the Toro Rosso but he just pushed a little too hard there.
3'
P1 for Vettel, ahead of the two Mercedes. 1:30.990. Button and Massa still in danger here...
5'
Vettel is out on medium compound tyres - he still lies in the drop zone.
