ALONSO WINS THE CHINESE GRAND PRIX. Hamilton is locking up as Raikkonen comes second... but the Brit hangs on to hold off Vettel and finishes third!
56'
FINAL LAP - Vettel is now just two seconds behind Hamilton as the gap continues to close. Will be a great battle for second at the death here.
55'
Still game on between Raikkonen and the chasing Hamilton, but they do need to be wary of the closing Vettel - until his tyres fall away. Di Resta pits and he takes on the soft tyres He drops to eighth, releasing Button to fifth, Massa to sixth and Ricciardo to seventh.
54'
Vettel's pace is rapid but he is still fourth and 11 seconds behind the Raikkonen/Hamilton pair. Grosjean in 10th has finally caught Hulkenberg. In fact, the Frenchman is through and past the Sauber driver.
53'
So Alonso leads by 11.4 seconds over the simmering scrap between Raikkonen and Hamilton. Di Resta in fifth has the gap to Button back up to 5.1s. The Scot is likely to hold on here.
52'
Vettel is clocked 13 seconds behind Hamilton and told to push on his soft tyres after his late change. Button in sixth has the gap to di Resta down to 4.6s, but has he shot the best of those soft tyres already?
51'
Di Resta in fifth is just five seconds ahead of the McLaren driver and surely Button will catch him in the next couple of laps.
50'
Under a second between Raikkonen and Hamilton on the road now, with the Mercedes man moving into DRS range. Button is immediately fast and takes Massa into Turn 14 and moves up to sixth.
49'
Hamilton is warned of the threat from Vettel, who will be initially quick on his fresh softs. Button is also in for his soft rubber this time.
48'
Hulkenberg drops to ninth and is losing ground quickly. Grosjean could easily make up that 6.1s gap to the Sauber before the end of the race. Raikkonen is comfortably holding off Hamilton for the moment, with 1.4 seconds between that battle over the final podium places.
47'
There's another battle shaping up down the field, with Ricciardo in ninth now on the gearbox of Hulkenberg's Sauber. Ricciardo gets through on the German and takes over eighth spot.
46'
Alonso sets the fastest lap and is clocked around 9 seconds ahead of that Lotus vs Mercedes scrap. Grosjean is through and past Perez. The Frenchman takes over 10th place.

Hamilton is eyeing DRS on Raikkonen, in a battle for what is likely to be second place on the podium. Raikkonen sweeps past Button as the hairpin, as Hamilton looks to do the same into the first corner. Hamilton has the grip and pulls off a brave move around the outside of his former team-mate.
44'
Button is told he is racing Vettel, with both needing a late stint on the soft compound. Raikkonen and Hamilton are right together, some eight seconds behind leader Alonso and surely ending up ahead of the late stoppers.

Alonso is now right with Vettel as he looks to take the lead back. No doubt where Alonso was going to pull that move, it's another DRS sweep into Turn 1. P1 for Alonso once again.
42'
Hamilton is still setting the fastest lap, closing to 1.1 seconds behind Raikkonen. Mercedes will be hoping that Raikkonen runs out of rubber before the flag, with the Lotus on two laps older tyres than Hamilton.
41'
Alonso is being called in for his final stop from the lead. Many cars are now set to be investigated for DRS use under yellows in a surely lengthy stewards deliberation after the race.
40'
Alonso, meanwhile leads strongly by 19.2 seconds over Vettel and Button - all three still needing a final stop. Alonso's pace remains strong, despite 16 laps on his current set of mediums.
39'
Hamilton is down and away but that's not gone well, he resumes behind Raikkonen on the road. He also has the Toro Rosso of Ricciardo in between himself and Raikkonen's Lotus. Hamilton gets rid of the Toro Rosso problem as he breezes past and up into fifth place.
