Raikkonen is in for the harder compound tyre. he rejoins ahead of Grosjean.

Button was unable to get past Senna but the Williams has pitted.
Raikkkonen has just set a blinding lap with a 1:25.934.

Button saving his KERS to counteract Vettel’s DRS.
Vettel is now swarming all over the back of Button so lots of mini scraps going on.
Grosjean has dropped back slightly in the dirty air. It’s so difficult to pass here.
Grosjean now all over the back of Hamilton, his tyres really working in this stint but he needs to get past soon and Hamilton’s tyres will last longer.
Hamilton is on the harder compound and Grosjean on the softs which may be why the Lotus is reeling him in. Now just 1.1 seconds in it.
It looks like a straight fight between the lead two at the moment. Webber all over the back of Alonso.
After the pit stop shake-up, Hamilton leads by 2.6 seconds, Button still a further eight behind.
Hamilton now on the medium compound tyre but Grosjean is flying behind him trying to make the time back.

Hamilton now has a 2.1 second advantage over Grosjean.

And they’re away this time with the race distance reduced by one lap. Great start from Hamilton and Grosjean keeps his second place.

Webber starting on the medium compound tyre, all of the top ten on softs.

It is Fernando Alonso’s 31st birthday today and the early news is that there could be a rain shower an hour into the race. That could give the birthday boy a chance. Only clear blue skies and sun at the moment though!
It is a baking hot day in Budapest and Red Bull aerodynamic genius Adrian Newey thinks the heat will play a part. “Lewis has been quick all weekend so he’s going to be quite troublesome. It’s very hot today so tyre degradation is going to be a factor.”
