Fernando Alonso the last man out - but he's nearly two seconds down, in 8th. Time to start gift-wrapping the title for Vettel? The German is out for another flyer, but with nobody even close to him he aborts his final flying lap and comes into the pits.
0'
Webber out with one more go at his team-mate - he is half a second slower than his team-mate, but might just take Rosberg...
0'
Rosberg qualifies second - over seven tenths slower than Vettel. Hamilton crosses the line third fastest. so far, at least.
1'
Once again Rosberg and Hamilton are out one in front of the other, in that order. Once again, Hamilton slower than his team-mate in the opening sectors.
2'
Webber is out on the medium tyre for a second stint, Vettel out on softs again. Amazing tactics: Webber clearly being put out on mediums so as to block anybody using that strategy from winning the race ahead of a Red Bull.
3'
Nobody else has yet set a time - Raikkonen now on an out-lap, he'll be first of the rest.
4'
Webber clocks a 1:25.215 - only just over a second slower than his team-mate, suggesting that he might actually have a chance at pole if he had a go on the softs.
5'
Vettel out as well - he's half a second up going into the final sector... and it's a 1:24.119! That's almost half a second quicker than he was in Q2, and surely nobody will touch that time. Outstanding.
6'
Webber's first lap goes very wrong - he aborts and won't set a meaningful time.
7'
Alonso comes over the line in 1:25.8, some 1.3 seconds slower than Vettel was in Q2 - and a second slower than his own Q2 time.
8'
Alonso will cross the line first after getting ahead of Webber on the out-lap...
9'
We've had a Red Bull lockout on the front of the grid the last two years of this race - that won't happen this year, unless Webber decides on a second run on soft tyres.
10'
Alonso comes out right behind Webber - and both drivers are on the harder, medium tyre. They'll be a second or so slower than the field, but if they really nail one they might risk a lower place on the grid in order to start on the hard-wearing rubber.
-
Most of the drivers are sat in their cars waiting for Q3 to get under way: Webber the first man at the lights as the clock goes green.
-
On the evidence of the weekend so far, Vettel is set to take pole position by a big, big chunk - he's a country mile ahead of the rest on this track. But Alonso is looking sharp as well - he seems to have every chance of qualifying well and grabbing that second place he needs to force Vettel to wait for the title.
-
Ricciardo, Di Resta, Sutil, Vergne, Bottas and Gutierrez all drop out at Q2 - strange session so far, with drivers treating the softs as old-fashioned qualifying tyres.
-
Massa puts in another fast lap, leaving Hamilton in 10th - but the Brit is out again, and clocks in just in time with a 1:25.259 to make it into Q1.
0'
Di Resta is the best of the chasing pack for that 10th spot - until Ricciardo leaps up to 8th. Hulkenberg now leaps up too, and Massa is now in 10th and in jeopardy.
1'
Great lap by Alonso too - he's still a third of a second slower than Vettel, but is second.

Oh my god - Vettel and that Red Bull is just a ridiculous combination. He casually posts a lap half a second quicker than his team-mate, and will head back into the pits.
