Good morning and welcome to our live coverage of the third and final free practice for the inaugural Korean Grand Prix!

So it's Robert Kubica fastest in the Renault with his 1:37.354, but Hamilton shaved that lead down to just 0.048 seconds to go second fastest. Alonso was third fastest (+0.072), with Webber just 0.015 seconds behind the Spaniard! The fastest four were seperated by less than a tenth of a second, and we could be in for a fascinating qualifying session later this morning! The checkered flag is waved, and - once again - the evolution of the track is clear to see, with the lap-times improving consistently towards the end of the session. Fernando Alonso almost runs into the back of Nico Rosberg coming out of turn 15, with the Mercedes driver almost stationary, and completely blocking Alonso. The stewards will want to have a word with Rosberg after that!

And Kubica goes fastest! He's over a second faster than Button with a 1:37.354, as Vettel clips the dirt and almost loses control! The German is pushing the Red Bull on the option tyres, but the track isn't giving him much grip back!

Button goes fastest with a 1:37.932, but Kubica is purple through S1 and could be on for a fast lap here

Hamilton goes purple through sector one, but hits traffic in sector two and won't improve his fastest lap.

Jenson Button to the McLaren garage: "The circuit's still very slippery, very little grip."

Renault technical director James Allison: "Friday was alright. We are doing OK but we will only really know where we are this afternoon."

Bruno Senna is complaining of severe oversteer on his Hispania, which will presumably head back to the pits for some tweaking. The slippery surface flag is out on turn 16, where plenty of dust is being dragged onto the track

Fernando Alonso is seventh-fastest with that 1:39.217, and his Ferrari team-mate Felipe Massa is 11th-fastest with a 1:39.926

So, it's Hamilton fastest with a 1:38.540, ahead of Rosberg (+0.026), Kubica (+0.226), Webber (+0.237), and Button (+0.399)

There's a tussle going on between the Germans at the moment, with Schumacher currently 9th fastest and leading Williams's Hulkenberg and Mercedes team-mate Rosberg

Force India on Twitter: 'Adrian - "that wasn't a tidy run. It was too early to be out there as the grip was too poor. Very low traction.'

Button goes fastest with a 1:38.939, but his McLaren team-mate Hamilton goes round in 1:38.540 thanks to a nippy sector one and two. Nico Rosberg is the only driver yet to put in a timed lap

Alonso goes fastest with a 1:39.217, but Mark Webber is picking up the pace now, and goes second fastest with a 1:39.589

Alonso shaves 0.8 seconds off that fastest time, but Lewis Hamilton promptly joins the Spaniard in the 1:39s with a 1:39.217, fastest by 0.488 seconds

And he swiftly goes fastest! 1:40.795 for the Ferrari driver, as Button clocks a sluggish 1:43.735 to go 12th fastest

Just 25 minutes left of this final practice session, and Alonso looks to be on his way to a fast lap...

We're still waiting for a timed lap from any of the Renaults, McLarens, Ferraris, Red Bulls, or either Mercedes...

Buemi's still the man to catch at the moment, with a 1:41.349, ahead of Hulkenberg 0.100 seconds back, with Liuzzi, Sutil, and Alguersuari further behind. Alguersuari's tyres are an absolute mess already, after just eight laps. The teams were asking for the track to be substantially cleaned last night. Suffice to say, it hasn't happened.

McLaren: "Track condition not in a great state, maybe two seconds slower than yesterday."
