Good pace from Michael Schumacher, who is up in second on 1:47.837.

And here come the option tyres! Williams pair Maldonado and Barrichello are the first to try them on for size.

A familiar name pops up at the top of the leaderboard - Sebastian Vettel with a lap of 1:47.737.

Webber goes P3 - nobody has yet come out on the super-soft option tyres that will be used in qualifying.

Button continues to lead the way here, clocking a 1:48.421 ahead of Fernando Alonso who has been pretty quiet so far this weekend.

Pastor Maldonado is dawdling along and gets in Michael Schumacher's way - Schumi finally gets past and gives him a choice hand gesture as he does so!

Following yesterday's shambles in practice, the kerbs have been upgraded. There were issues at turns 3, 7, 10 and 14 yesterday.
